Judy Gunkle, Community Outreach Coordinator for the Southeastern Wisconsin Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association will present a fun and interactive program for anyone interested in brain health on Tuesday, March 13th at 6:30-8:00pm, here at the library.
Topics will include how memory works, age-related memory changes—what is normal and what is not—how to live a brain-healthy lifestyle, and ways to reduce your risk of developing dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease.
