I've written before about the all around usefulness and utility of the public library. We have materials on an incredibly wide variety of topics, staff that are trained in finding what you need and helping you with new ideas and technologies, and online access to still more... but I have to admit I would not recommend having your baby here.
But that's what happened at the Denver Public Library yesterday. A healthy, baby girl. Do you suppose the mother was going to the library to get a copy of What to Expect When You're Expecting or something similar?
